Common use of Additional Workstation Licenses Clause in Contracts

Additional Workstation Licenses. An Additional Workstation License must be purchased for each additional computer, server, or User accessing the Software, regardless of whether the Software is installed on a single computer or accessed through a network server. If Customer has purchased a Base Workstation License and one or more Additional Workstation Licenses, the Software may be (A) installed on multiple designated computers (at a single location), or (B) installed on a network server for access by multiple designated computers or Users (at a single location). Concurrent use is not permitted.
