Additions or Modifications to Agreement. During the term of this Agreement, either party may request that any matter relating to the contents of this Agreement be scheduled for discussion between the parties. While each party agrees to meet at reasonable times to discuss any such matter raised by the other party, it is expressly understood and agreed that neither party is under any obligation to negotiate and/or agree upon any change, modification or supplement to this Agreement during the term hereof. To facilitate the implementation of this Agreement and to assure a continuing dialogue on matters of mutual concern, the parties accept the concept of periodic meetings. Either party may request a meeting to discuss implementation or problems, which meeting shall be held as quickly as is convenient.

  • Modifications to Agreement You acknowledge that the practice of registering and administering domain names is constantly evolving; therefore, you agree that Tucows may modify this Agreement, or any other related and/or applicable agreement, as is necessary to comply with its agreements with ICANN, a registry or any other entity or individual, as well as to adjust to changing circumstances. Your continued use of the domain name registered to you will constitute your acceptance of this Agreement with any revisions. If you do not agree to any change, you may request that your domain name registration be cancelled or transferred to a different accredited registrar. You agree that such cancellation or request for transfer will be your exclusive remedy if you do not wish to abide by any change to this Agreement, or any other related and/or applicable agreement.

  • Modifications or Additions to Master Agreement As used in this document, Contract (whether capitalized or not) will, unless the context requires otherwise, mean this document and all incorporated Exhibits, which set forth the entire understanding of the Parties and supersede any and all prior agreements. This Contract may only be modified or amended upon mutual written agreement by the Parties. If amendments are made to the Master Agreement, the Contractor shall: 1) notify the Department of such amendments; and 2) provided the Department is amenable to incorporating the amendments into this Contract, enter into a written amendment with the Department reflecting the addition of such amendments to this Contract. In addition to Section 2.2.1 of the Master Agreement and any additional language within the Contract regarding delivery, the Parties agree that Inside Delivery for Customers under this ACS may be further negotiated prior to purchases under this ACS.   • Modification of Agreement This Agreement may be modified, amended, suspended or terminated, and any terms or conditions may be waived, but only by a written instrument executed by the parties hereto.

  • DURATION AND MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT 19.01 This agreement shall continue in force and effect from the date of ratification to 31 August 2023 and shall be renewed automatically thereafter for periods of one year each unless either party notifies the other in writing within the period of ninety days before the agreement ceases to operate that it desires to amend or terminate this agreement. Where notice to amend the agreement is given, the provisions of this agreement shall continue in force until a new agreement is signed or the right to strike or lockout accrues, whichever first occurs.

Employee expressly warrants that he or she is not accepting this Agreement in reliance on any promises, representations, or inducements other than those contained herein. Modifications to this Agreement or the Plan can be made only in an express written contract executed by a duly authorized officer of the Company.

  • Modifications to Service This Auction Site reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to user. This Auction Site shall not be liable to users or any third party should this Auction Site exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service.

  • Waiver or Modification Any waiver, modification, or amendment of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective only if in writing in a document that specifically refers to this Agreement and such document is signed by the parties hereto.
