Common use of Additions Clause in Contracts

Additions. If a contract extension is requested by the lead state (Minnesota), the Contractor may add or delete equipment at that time. Any Contract extension or equipment changes accepted will be included in a Contract amendment. Equipment must remain available for the full term of the Contract extension. No equipment changes will be allowed during the extended Contract term. If equipment additions, deletions or other changes are approved and made to the Contract, a Contract Amendment will be issued and executed by the state of Minnesota on behalf of the participating states, prior to any changes by the Contractor. The Contractor may only sell the equipment that is selected and adopted by each participating state’s program.
