Address and Description of Proposed Physical Plant. The address of the proposed physical plant for the Academy and a description of same, including certificates of occupancy and other required agency approvals, lease, land contract or deed, as applicable, and a brief description of any financing transaction entered into by the Academy for facility acquisition, and the debt-service schedule thereof is attached as Schedule 8. Except as permitted by written amendment to this Contract, the Academy shall not operate at a site other than the single site requested for the configuration of grades that will use the site. (a) No lease to occupy any portion of the Academy’s physical plant shall exceed the term of the Academy’s Contract except with the prior approval of the University President or his/her designee. (b) No new public school academy may locate within the boundaries of a community district except in accordance with the provisions of the Code.
