Common use of Address Changes Clause in Contracts

Address Changes. It is each Employee’s responsibility to notify the Employer in writing of any change in name, address and telephone number as promptly as possible after such change has been made. The Employer shall be entitled to rely upon an Employee’s last name and address and telephone number shown on his record for all purposes involving his employment.
