Common use of Addresses and Notice Clause in Contracts

Addresses and Notice. Any notice, demand, request or report required or permitted to be given or made to a Partner or Assignee under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed given or made when delivered in person or when sent by certified first class United States mail, return receipt requested, nationally recognized overnight delivery service, electronic mail or facsimile transmission (with receipt confirmed) to the Partner or Assignee at the address set forth on Exhibit A or such other address of which the Partner shall notify the General Partner in writing. Notices to the General Partner and the Partnership shall be delivered at or mailed to its principal office address set forth in Section 2.3. The General Partner and the Partnership may specify a different address by notifying the Limited Partners in writing of such different address.
