Common use of Addresses and Notice Clause in Contracts

Addresses and Notice. All notices, requests, demands and other communications hereunder to a Partner shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given if delivered by hand or if sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, properly addressed and postage prepaid, or transmitted by commercial overnight courier to the Partner at the address set forth in Exhibit A or at such other address as the Partner shall notify the General Partner in writing. Such communications shall be deemed sufficiently given, served, sent or received for all purposes at such time as delivered to the addressee (with the return receipt or delivery receipt being deemed conclusive evidence of such delivery) or at such time as delivery is refused by the addressee upon presentation.
