Common use of Addresses for Correspondence Clause in Contracts

Addresses for Correspondence. A). All correspondence to the University required by this contract or otherwise relating to matters in this contract (including cancellations and all fee payments) shall be mailed or delivered to the Housing and Residence Life Office, 300 Suite Xxxxxx-Xxxxxx Learning & Living Center, Grand Valley State University, Allendale, MI, 49401. B). All correspondence required by this contract or otherwise relating to housing matters from the University to you or your parent/guardian shall be mailed to or delivered at the address designated at the time of your admittance to the University.
