Addresses for Notices. All notices and other communications provided for hereunder shall be in writing (including facsimile communication) and mailed or telecopied or delivered to Company or Agent, as the case may be, addressed to it at the address of such party specified on the signature page hereof, or as to either party at such other address as shall be designated by such party in a written notice to each other party complying as to delivery with the terms of this Section 15. All such notices and other communications shall, when mailed, be effective when deposited in the mails, addressed as aforesaid.

All notices notices, requests, demands and other communications provided for hereunder shall be in writing (including facsimile telegraphic communication) and mailed or telecopied mailed, telegraphed or delivered to Company or Agent, as the case may be, addressed to it each applicable party at the address of such party specified on the signature page hereof, set forth herein or as to either party at such other address as shall be designated by to which such party may inform the other parties in a written notice to each other party complying as to delivery writing in compliance with the terms of this Section 15Article.
