Products & Services. 2.1. PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Products & Services. (This Part A shall apply to all supply of Products and Services under the Agreement.)
Products & Services. The Services Customer has agreed to receive are set forth on the Service Agreement, as further detailed in Exhibit A hereto. By entering the Service Agreement, Xxxxxxxx agrees to the terms of the Service Agreement, these Terms of Agreement, and all other terms and conditions incorporated by reference into the Service Agreement. Products & Services. Brand Names To Be Displayed or Promoted Unlisted items creating a conflict will require removal.
Products & Services. At a minimum Supplier shall offer the System the lowest net prices and/or the highest discounts it makes available to any other entity, including other Universities, hospitals, government agencies or entities where the economic and service requirements are substantially similar. If Supplier catalog or list price of Products and Services is reduced, System shall benefit from a corresponding price reduction. Such decreases shall be passed along to Locations immediately.
Products & Services. 2.1 The products and services covered by this Agreement include, but are not limited to, Low Cost Calls, Low Cost Calls & Line Rental, Business Numbers, Calling Cards, Internet Connectivity Services, Private Circuits and Data Connectivity.
Products & Services. (a) Where specified in our Quote, you agree that you will:
(i) buy the solar, storage, energy management, or other products and services (System) as specified in our Quote from Solar Service Guys, and engage Solar Service Guys to install the System at your Site on the terms of this Agreement; and
(ii) pay for site assessment and repair services of your existing solar system (which has not sold to you or installed by Solar Service Guys).
(b) Solar Service Guys agrees to provide its products and services in good and tradesman like manner.
(c) Once you have entered into this Agreement with Solar Service Guys, any variations to system design will be documented and you will be required to sign off on such variations prior to installation by Solar Service Guys.
Products & Services. 3.1 Customer is responsible for determining which Products and Services best meet its needs. Capella reserves the right to (a) provide the Products and Services to Customer using any combination of satellites, ground station and imagery processing infrastructure, hardware, software or delivery systems in Capella’s sole discretion and (b) discontinue collecting, licensing or distributing any Product or Service or to change the Product or Services at its discretion at any time.
Products & Services. Canmor shall NOT be liable to Merchant or any other party for Canmor's; failure to process orders, for errors in processing orders, delays in delivery, service or failure to perform, in any capacity whatsoever. Canmor's liability to Merchant for defective products is limited to Canmor's obligations under the standard warranty accompanying each product sold
