Addressing Concerns/Problems. i. The Company shall promptly investigate complaints from the MEC Hotel and Catering Committee relating to service at any facility. If the investigation reveals a deterioration of service below the acceptable guidelines as stated above, the Company shall take appropriate action to remedy the reported problem or seek alternate facilities. The Company shall advise the MEC Hotel and Catering Committee of its findings and any corrective action taken.
