Common use of ADEA Waiver Clause in Contracts

ADEA Waiver. I acknowledge that I am knowingly and voluntarily waiving and releasing any rights I may have under the ADEA (“ADEA Waiver”). I also acknowledge that the consideration given for the ADEA Waiver is in addition to anything of value to which I was already entitled. I further acknowledge that I have been advised by this writing, as required by the ADEA, that: (a) my ADEA Waiver does not apply to any rights or claims that arise after the date I sign this Release; (b) I should consult with an attorney prior to signing this Release; (c) I have twenty-one (21) days to consider this Release (although I may choose to voluntarily sign it sooner); (d) I have seven (7) days following the date I sign this Release to revoke the ADEA Waiver; and (e) the ADEA Waiver will not be effective until the date upon which the revocation period has expired unexercised, which will be the eighth day after I sign this Release.

You understand and agree that you will not receive the benefits specified in this Agreement unless this Agreement becomes effective.

I further acknowledge that I have been advised by this writing, as required by the ADEA, ADEA that: (a) my ADEA Waiver does waiver and release do not apply to any rights or claims that may arise after the date I sign my signing of this Release; (b) I should consult with an attorney prior to signing executing this Releaserelease; (c) I have twenty-one (21) days within which to consider this Release release (although I may choose to voluntarily sign it soonerexecute this release earlier); (d) I have seven (7) days following the date I sign my execution of this Release to revoke the ADEA WaiverRelease; and (e) the ADEA Waiver this Agreement will not be effective until the date upon which the revocation period has expired unexercised, which will be the eighth (8th) day after I sign this Release has been signed by me (“Effective” or “Effective Date”). To revoke this Release., I must deliver a written revocation prior to the expiration of the seven-day period following my execution of this Release to:

I further acknowledge that I have been advised by this writing, as required by the ADEA, that: (a) my ADEA Waiver release does not apply to any rights or claims that arise after the date I sign this Release; (b) I should consult with an attorney prior to signing this ReleaseRelease (although I may choose voluntarily not to do so); (c) I have twenty-one (21) days to consider this Release (although I may choose voluntarily to voluntarily sign it sooner); (d) I have seven (7) days following the date I sign this Release to revoke the ADEA WaiverRelease in a written revocation provided to the Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors; and (e) the ADEA Waiver Release will not be effective until the date upon which the revocation period has expired unexercised, which will be the eighth day after I sign this ReleaseRelease (“Effective Date”).

I further acknowledge , and that I have been advised by this writing, as required by the ADEA, that: (a) my ADEA Waiver release of claims does not apply to any rights or claims that arise after the date I sign this Release; (b) I should consult with an attorney prior to signing this ReleaseRelease (although I may choose voluntarily not to do so); (c) I have twenty-one (21) days to consider this Release (although I may choose voluntarily to voluntarily sign it sooner); (d) I have seven (7) days following the date I sign this Release to revoke it by providing written notice of my revocation to the ADEA WaiverChairman of the Company’s Board of Directors; and (e) the ADEA Waiver this Release will not be effective until the date upon which the revocation period has expired unexercised, which will be the eighth day after I sign this ReleaseRelease (“Effective Date”).

ADEA Waiver. I acknowledge that I am knowingly and voluntarily waiving and releasing any rights I may have under the ADEA (“ADEA Waiver”). I also acknowledge and that the consideration given for the ADEA Waiver waiver and release is in addition to anything of value to which I was already entitled. I further acknowledge that I have been advised by this writing, as required by the ADEA, that: : (a) my ADEA Waiver does waiver and release specified in this paragraph do not apply to any rights or claims that arise after the date I sign this Release; ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ (b) I should have the right to consult with an attorney prior to signing this Release; ; (c) I have twentyforty-one five (2145) days to consider this Release (although I may choose voluntarily to voluntarily sign it soonerthis Release earlier); ; (d) I have seven (7) days following the date after I sign this Release to revoke the ADEA WaiverRelease; and and (e) the ADEA Waiver this Release will not be effective until the date upon on which the revocation period has expired unexercisedexpired, which will be the eighth day after I sign this Release, assuming I have returned it to the Company by such date.
