In consideration of the payments made or to be made to Executive by the Company and the promises contained in the Separation Agreement entered into by and between the Company and Executive as of May 31, 2024 (the “Separation Agreement”), Executive agrees to the following release of claims and covenant not to sue (the “Release”).
