Adequacy/Compliance. Property Owner shall provide adequate drainage for the development of the project in accord with the City's Ordinances and Berkeley County requirements for acceptance, except as amended herein, and other applicable regulatory guidelines, including those of the Department of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management. Property Owner agrees to dedicate all drainage easements after completion to the County for acceptance and maintenance.
