Common use of Adequacy of Drawings, Specifications and Budgets Clause in Contracts

Adequacy of Drawings, Specifications and Budgets. BNPPLC has not made and will not make any representations as to the adequacy of the Construction Budget or any other budget or any site plans, renderings, plans, drawings or specifications for the Construction Project, and no modification of any such budgets, site plans, renderings, plans, drawings or specifications that may be required from time to time will entitle NAI to any adjustment in the Construction Allowance.
