Adequate Access for System Owner. System Owner and its Subcontractors, agents, consultants, and representatives shall have access to the Premises, the Site, the System, all System Assets, System operations and any documents, materials, records and accounts relating thereto in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of the Site Lease Agreement.
