Borrower, and each Primary Obligor, Portfolio Entity and other Loan Party possesses adequate Assets, licenses, patents, copyrights, trademarks and tradenames to continue to conduct its business as previously conducted by it and as contemplated in the foreseeable future except such licenses, patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade names the failure of which to obtain could not be reasonably expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
