Adequate Notice of Motion to Transfer Venue. a) Venue transfers shall be initiated by written motion. The motion (or the supporting affidavit) shall contain all of the relevant facts which support the conclusion that the parent(s)/guardian(s) have established a permanent residence in the new home county.
