Common use of Adequate Staffing Clause in Contracts

Adequate Staffing. (1) The Company agrees to employ sufficient personnel in every department so that each department is able to safely and efficiently complete their work. If the Company fails to employ sufficient personnel in each department in accordance with this Article and as recommended by the Heads of Departments, the Union may request additional personnel on the job to comply with the job requirements.
