Common use of Adherence and Accountability Clause in Contracts

Adherence and Accountability. If an employee does not comply with all of the requirements contained in his or her Employee Assistance Program Participation Agreement (an agreement to participate in an EAP Program in order to defer or reduce an otherwise immediate disciplinary action), the College may take the level of disciplinary action that is appropriate under the circumstances and in line with the provisions of the MOU article on discipline.
