Common use of Adherence by employees and Breaches Clause in Contracts

Adherence by employees and Breaches. It is the responsibility of all employees to observe and comply with the OH&S requirements, policies and procedures that apply to the company, including the process developed for the resolution of OH&S grievances. A breach of OH&S requirements, policies and/or procedures by an employee will be regarded as a breach of the employee's conditions of employment and in the event of a serious breach may result in the termination of employment.
