Adherence to Applicable Laws. Executive at all times during the performance of this Agreement shall strictly adhere to and obey all applicable laws, regulations, and rules now in effect or as subsequently modified. The Company shall not request or require Executive to violate such laws, regulations, or rules in the performance of Executive's duties.
