Adherence to Applicable Laws. At all times during the term, performance, or execution of this MOU, the PBD shall comply with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations, rules, or procedures, as these provisions currently exist or may hereafter be amended, all of which are incorporated herein by reference and made a part of the terms and conditions of this MOU.
