Adherence to Evidence-Based Practices and Quality Assurance. All cognitive behavioral-based programming delivered to offenders shall adhere to evidence-based or research-driven practices and shall be subject to ongoing quality assurance and evaluation by the State to ensure fidelity to delivery standards.
