Common use of Adherence to the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Adherence to the Agreement. Ambassador or Influencers must comply with the Agreement. If you have not yet reviewed the Terms and Policies at the time you execute this Agreement, they are posted in your Virtual Office. You must review the Terms and Policies within five days from the date on which you execute this Agreement. If you do not agree to the Terms and Policies, your sole recourse is to notify the Company and cancel your Bella Grace Agreement. Failure to cancel constitutes your acceptance of the Terms and Policies. You must be in good standing, and not in violation of the Agreement, to be eligible for bonuses or commissions from Xxxxx Xxxxx.
