Common use of Adjournments Clause in Contracts

Adjournments. Any meeting of Members may be adjourned from time to time, to reconvene at the same or some other place, and notice need not be given of any such adjourned meeting if the time and place thereof are announced at the meeting at which the adjournment is taken. At the adjourned meeting the Members may transact any business which might have been transacted at the original meeting.

At any meeting so resumed after such adjournment, provided the adjourned meeting the Members may transact Member shall then be represented, any business may be transacted which might have been transacted at the original meetingmeeting as originally scheduled.

Any meeting meetings of Members the members may be adjourned from time to time, to reconvene and reconvened at the same or some other place, and notice need not be given of any such adjourned meeting if the time and place thereof are announced such business may be transacted at the such reconvened meeting at which the adjournment is taken. At the adjourned meeting the Members may transact any business which as might have been transacted at the original meeting from which such adjournment took place. Notice pursuant to this By-Law shall be required of any such reconvened meeting.

Adjournments. Any meeting of Members may be adjourned from to any other time and to time, to reconvene any other place at which a meeting of Members may be held under this Agreement by the Members present or represented at the same meeting, although less than a quorum, or, if no Member is present, by any officer entitled to preside at or some other place, and notice need to act as Secretary of such meeting. It shall not be given necessary to notify any Member of any such adjourned meeting adjournment of less than 30 days if the time and place thereof of the adjourned meeting are announced at the meeting at which the adjournment is taken, unless after the adjournment a new record date is fixed for the adjourned meeting. At the adjourned meeting meeting, the Members Company may transact any business which that might have been transacted at the original meeting.
