Adjudication of Payment Disputes. (1) Either party may commence the adjudication of a Payment Dispute by serving on the other party at any time a notice of intention to refer the payment dispute to adjudication (a “Notice of Adjudication”). The Notice of Adjudication may be in the form of Annex 1 of the Code of Practice.
