Adjunct Member. “Adjunct Member” means an entity that: (1) is not eligible to belong to an Industry Sector; (2) has a material interest in reliability issues in the Corporation’s Region and (3) becomes an Adjunct Member of the Corporation.

Adjunct Member. A person or entity may be approved as an “Adjunct Member” by the Board if such person or entity has a material interest in the reliability of the bulk power system in the FRCC region but does not meet the definitions and requirements to join as a Voting Member or Affiliate Member. Adjunct Members shall have no right to vote on any matter, nor any right to be elected or appointed to the Board. Except as to funding, Adjunct Members shall be bound by the same obligations as Voting Members and Affiliate Members of FRCC.

  • Unit Member Any employee of the Board of Education who is a member of the unit, including substitutes and home and hospital teachers.

  • Unit Members Whenever used in this Agreement, the term “Employee” shall mean all classroom teachers (pre- K-12), counselors, librarians (and/or their successor job title and/or classification), psychologists, social workers, home and hospital teachers, department heads, master teachers, academic coaches, instructional associates, instructional support teachers, educational associates, speech/language speech-language pathologists, audiologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, facilitators, consulting teachers, IEP Team Associates, pupil personnel worker, teacher – mentor, teacher – staff developer, and art, music and physical education resource teachers.

  • Partner The term “Partner” shall mean any person who is a General Partner or a Limited Partner in the Partnership.

  • Associate The term “associate”, as defined in Rule 14a-1 under the Exchange Act, means (a) any corporation or organization (other than the Company or any of its majority owned subsidiaries) of which you are an officer or partner or are, directly or indirectly, the beneficial owner of 10% or more of any class of equity securities, (b) any trust or other estate in which you have a substantial beneficial interest or as to which you serve as trustee or in a similar capacity, and (c) your spouse, or any relative of yours or relative of your spouse living in your home or who is a director or officer of the Company or of any subsidiary. The term “relative of yours” as used in this Questionnaire refers to any relative or spouse of yours, or any relative of such spouse, who has the same home as you or who is a director or officer of any subsidiary of the Company. Please identify your associate referred to in your answer and indicate your relationship.

  • LEGAL PERSONALITY This Agreement or the cooperation contemplated herein shall not constitute or be deemed to constitute a legal entity or partnership between the Parties.
