Adjusted Amount – Office of Rail and Road’s consent. If the Office of Rail and Road is satisfied with the Adjusted Amount submitted to it pursuant to Clause 16.4.4, and it gives a notice to that effect, this contract shall be modified accordingly as provided for in Clause 16.6.
