Common use of Adjusted Monthly Peak of Clause in Contracts

Adjusted Monthly Peak of. a Participant for a month is its Monthly Peak, --------------------- provided that if there has been a transfer between Participants, in whole or part, of the responsibilities under this Agreement during such month pursuant to a Firm Contract, the Adjusted Monthly Peak of each such Participant shall reflect the effect of such transaction, but the Adjusted Monthly Peak of a Participant shall not be changed from the Monthly Peak to reflect the effect of any other transaction.
