Adjusted Pay Ranges Clause Samples

The Adjusted Pay Ranges clause defines how employee salary bands or pay scales may be modified during the term of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances under which pay ranges can be reviewed and adjusted, such as in response to market conditions, cost-of-living changes, or company policy updates. Its core function is to provide a structured process for updating compensation ranges, ensuring that pay remains competitive and fair while giving both employer and employees clarity on how and when adjustments may occur.
