Common use of ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF THE PAYMENT Clause in Contracts

ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF THE PAYMENT. The Purchaser/s authorizes the Vendors / Confirming Party to adjust/appropriate all payments made by him/her/them under any head (s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Purchaser/s against the Schedule-A property if any, in his/her/their name and the Purchaser/s undertakes not to object / demand / direct the Vendors / Confirming Party to adjust his/her/their payments in any manner whatsoever.
