ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee authorizes the Promoter to adjust/appropriate all payments made by him/her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding, if any, in his/her name as the Promoter may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Promoter to adjust his payments in any manner.
ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee authorizes the Promoter to adjust appropriate all payments made by him/her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee against the Apartment, if any, in his/her name and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Promoter to adjust his payments in any manner.

The Allottee authorizes the Developer to adjust/appropriate all payments made by the Allottee under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee against the Apartment, if any, in the Allottee’s name and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Developer to adjust his payments in any manner.

The Allottee authorizes the Developer to adjust/appropriate all payments made by him/her /them under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding, if any, in his/her/their name as the Developer may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Developer to adjust his payments in any manner.

The Allottee(s) authorizes the Vendor to adjust/ appropriate all payments made by him/her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding, if any, in his/ her name as the Vendor may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Allottee(s) undertakes not to object/ demand/ direct the Vendor to adjust his payments in any manner.

The Purchasers authorizes the Developer to adjust/appropriate all payments made by him/her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding, if any, in his/her name as the Developer may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Purchasers undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Developer to adjust his payments in any manner.
ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Purchaser authorizes the Vendor to adjust/appropriate all payments made by him/her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding, if any, in his/her name as the Vendor may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Purchaser undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Vendor to adjust his payments in any manner.
ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee authorizes the Promoter to adjust appropriate all payments made by him/her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding, if any, in his/her name as the Promoter may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Promoter to adjust his/her payments in any other manner. 5 TIME IS OF ESSENCE Time is of essence to the Promoter as well as the Allottee. The Promoter shall, subject to Force Majeure, abide by the time schedule for completing the project and handing over the Unit to the Allottee and the common areas to the association of the allottees after receiving the occupancy certificate. Similarly, the Allottee shall make timely payments of the installment and other dues payable by him/her and meeting the other obligations under the Agreement subject to the simultaneous completion of construction by the Promoter as provided in Part-II of Schedule C ("Payment Plan").
ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottees authorizes the Owners/Promoters to adjust appropriate all payments made by him/her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottees against the Said Apartment And Appurtenances, if any, in his/her name and the Allottees undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Owners/Promoters to adjust his/her payments in any other manner.
ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The ALLOTTEE/ALLOTTEES hereby authorize the Promoter to adjust appropriate all payments made by him/her /them under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the ALLOTTEE/ALLOTTEES against the Designated Unit, if any, in his/her name and the ALLOTTEE/ALLOTTEES undertake not to object/demand/ direct the Promoter to adjust their payments in any manner.
