Adjustment in Pricing. The Lead State Contract Administrator and Multistate Sourcing Team shall review the Contractors request for a price or rate adjustment at least forty-five (45) days prior to the effective date. The Lead State Contact shall notify the Contractor their requested price or rate adjustment was approved or shall be resubmitted for approval at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date.
