Adjustment of Base Hours. (i) The base hours of a part-time employee shall not be adjusted for disciplinary reasons. (ii) If there is a downward adjustment of base hours, the Union and the employee shall be notified in writing immediately, and reasons for downward adjustment shall be given to the Union.
