Adjustment of Fixed Conversion Price. (a) Until this Note has been paid in full or converted in full, the Fixed Conversion Price shall be subject to adjustment from time-to-time, and the Floor Price shall be subject to adjustment solely as to Section 3.3(a) (but in either case shall not be increased, other than pursuant to a stock combination) as follows:
