Adjustment of Option Shares and Option Price. In the event of any stock dividend or subdivision of the shares of common stock of Company into a greater number of shares, the purchase price hereunder shall be proportionately reduced and the number of shares subject to the Option shall be proportionately increased; conversely, in the event of any combination of the outstanding shares of common stock of Company, the purchase price hereunder shall be proportionately increased and the number of shares of Stock subject to the Option shall be proportionately reduced.
