Adjustment of Warrant Shares and/or Warrant Price. The price at which a Membership Interest may be purchased and the kind and number of such Membership Interests issuable upon exercise of this Warrant shall be subject to adjustment only as set forth below in this Paragraph 3. The Company shall give the registered Holder written notice of any event described below which requires an adjustment pursuant to this Paragraph 3 in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 4.
