Examples of Membership Interests in a sentence
A meeting of the Members may be called at any time by the Manager or by Members holding more than 25 percent of the Membership Interests.
A Member who withdraws from the Company will forfeit all Membership Interests and rights as a Member, including his right to receive any distributions from the Company and the right to vote.
Upon the admission of any new Members to the Company, the Manager shall adjust the Members’ Membership Interests set forth on Exhibit A hereto to equitably reflect the Capital Contributions made by new Members.
