Common use of Adjustment to Price of Services Clause in Contracts

Adjustment to Price of Services. The price of the Services and Supports to the Customer as provided under this Service Agreement are subject to review and adjustment as appropriate at the discretion of Cara. The current schedule of rates containing business rules are available on Cara’s website. Where a valid email address has been provided changes to rates will be communicated to the Customer electronically via the nominated email address.
