Adjustments and Appeals. PPG or Member Physicians shall submit requests for adjustments and/or appeals regarding claim payments to FHS within sixty (60) calendar days after the date of the payment of such claim to PPG or Member Physician. In the event PPG or Member Physician fails to appeal a claim within such time period, PPG or Member Physician shall not have the right to appeal such claim.
