Adjustments for Subsequent Changes. The amount of cash payable with respect to the Common Stock pursuant to this Section 1.6 shall be equitably and appropriately adjusted to reflect any stock split, reverse split, stock combination, stock dividend, reorganization, reclassification, recapitalization or other like change with respect to the Common Stock which occurs after the date hereof and prior to the Effective Time.
