Adjustments in Insurance Coverage. If during the Term a form of insurance coverage required to be maintained pursuant to this Section 10 is no longer commonly carried by insurers, then such requirement shall be deemed to refer to the closest equivalent form of coverage (comparable to the coverage no longer commonly available) commonly carried by insurers.
