Common use of Adjustments to Compensation Clause in Contracts

Adjustments to Compensation. Executive's compensation will be reviewed annually each year on such date as is determined by Employer's Compensation Committee, such review to be conducted by the Compensation Committee consultation with the Chief Executive Officer. However, any adjustment shall be in the sole discretion of Employer and nothing contained herein shall in any manner obligate Employer to make any increase or provide any additional compensation to Executive.
