ADJUSTMENTS TO COMPENSATION. Executive’s compensation will be reviewed annually each year on such date as is determined by the Compensation Committee of the Board, such review to be conducted by the Compensation Committee of the Board. However, any adjustment shall be in the sole discretion of the Compensation Committee of the Board and nothing contained herein shall in any manner obligate Employer to make any increase or provide any additional compensation to Executive.
