Contractor’s Compensation. The total of all fees paid to the Contractor for the provision of Services as set forth in Exhibit A, including any authorized reimbursable expenses, shall not exceed the total sum of $ . The payments specified in this Exhibit B shall be the only payments made to Contractor unless the City approves a Supplemental Contract.
Contractor’s Compensation. Some or all of the other Participants (“Participants” means anyone who participates in the ADR process) in the Matter will compensate Contractor for Contractor’s services associated with this Matter. Contractor’s compensation from the other Participants is subject to agreement between Contractor and the other Participants, and Contractor shall look solely to the other Participants for any compensation the other Participants have agreed to pay Contractor for those services. Agency is not liable for, nor will Agency pay for, any compensation owed to the Contractor by any of the other Participants. Other Participants’ failure to pay Contractor shall not relieve Contractor of any of Contractor’s obligations under this SOC. Contractor’s Compensation. A. Contractor’s Compensation. A. Contractor’s Compensation. The Contractor shall bill the Town on a monthly basis in accordance with unit rates of the Contract. The sole basis of compensation for contract services provided to the Residential Units shall be the payments made by the Town. Contractor shall also retain as compensation all sums from the sale of recyclable materials collected under the Contract. Contractor shall be responsible for all taxes, insurance, tipping fees, payments to employees and subcontractors and any other costs and expenses which may be incurred by Contractor in the performance of this Contract. The Town does not anticipate the need for any private agreements between the Contractor and customers at any residential dwelling units with the exception of private agreements for services as otherwise specified in this Contract.
