Adjustments to the Conversion Rate in Connection with an Event of Default. If an Event of Default occurs and the Conversion Date for the conversion of a Note occurs during the related Event of Default Conversion Period, then, subject to Section 8(J), the Conversion Rate applicable to such conversion will be increased by a number of shares equal to the Event of Default Additional Shares.
