Enforcement Fees. The Company agrees to pay all costs and expenses of the Buyers incurred as a result of enforcement of the Transaction Documents and the collection of any amounts owed to the Buyers hereunder (whether in cash, equity or otherwise), including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses.

Enforcement Fees. In the event of a dispute arising under this Agreement, unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing, each party shall pay its own costs and expenses in resolving the dispute.

Enforcement Fees. All costs of litigation necessary for Executive to defend the validity of this Agreement are to be paid by Employer or its successors or assigns. The Company shall pay and be solely responsible for any and all attorneys' and related fees and expenses incurred by the Executive as a result of the Company's failure to perform this Agreement or any provision thereof or as a result of the Company or any person contesting the validity or enforceability of this Agreement or any provision thereof as aforesaid.
Enforcement Fees. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that in the event of any dispute or proceeding initiated under this Agreement, the party prevailing in the ultimate award shall, in addition to the other remedies and damages actually awarded, be entitled to reimbursement of all reasonable attorneys’ fees and other out-of-pocket costs and disbursements incurred by the party in asserting its claims hereunder.
Enforcement Fees. The prevailing party or parties in any action to enforce the Transaction Documents shall be entitled to recover all reasonable costs and expenses from the non-prevailing party or parties incurred as a result of enforcement of the Transaction Documents and, as applicable, the collection of any amounts owed hereunder (whether in cash, equity or otherwise), including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses.
Enforcement Fees. The Insured shall pay the Corporation, upon demand, all out-of-pocket costs and expenses (including, without limitation, legal fees on a solicitor and own client basis) incurred by or on behalf of the Corporation in connection with collecting any indebtedness of the Insured to the Corporation under this Contract.
Enforcement Fees. If either party shall commence an action, suit or proceeding to enforce any provisions of this Agreement or any Transaction Documents, the prevailing party in such action, suit or proceeding shall be reimbursed by the other party for their reasonable and documented attorneys’ fees and other costs and expenses incurred with the investigation, preparation and prosecution of such action or proceeding.
Enforcement Fees. If you are in default, we can take any action that we consider necessary to recover the amount that you owe us. We can also recover, in addition to any amount overdue, any expenses actually and reasonably incurred because of your default, including collection fees and legal costs.
