Adjustments to the Fixed Fee. The Fixed Fee shall be increased as a result of properly authorized Change Orders that result in an increase in the scope of the Project. The Fixed Fee shall be reduced by one-half of the net amount of all cost savings that result from reductions in the scope of the Project performed by Owner and Design-Builder; provided however, if the Parties agree, such savings may be applied to some other portion of the Project rather than reduce the Fixed Fee.
