Cost of Living Adjustment. For each year following the Initial Term, unless the parties shall otherwise agree and provided that the service mix and volumes remain consistent as previously provided in the Initial Term, the total fee for all services shall equal the fee that would be charged for the same services based on a fee rate (as reflected in a fee rate schedule) increased by the percentage increase for the twelve-month period of such previous calendar year of the CPI-W (defined below) or, in the event that publication of such index is terminated, any successor or substitute index, appropriately adjusted, acceptable to both parties. As used herein, “CPI-W” shall mean the Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (Area: Boston-Brockton-Nashua, MA-NH-ME-CT; Base Period: 1982-84=100), as published by the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics.
Cost of Living Adjustment. Following the first year of the Initial Term, unless the parties shall otherwise agree pursuant to Section 12.1 hereof, the Complex Base Fee for the services shall be increased annually by the percentage increase for the twelve-month period of such previous calendar year of the CPI-W or, in the event that publication of such index is terminated, any successor or substitute index.

After the first year of the Initial Term, the total fee for all services for each succeeding year shall equal the fee that would be charged for the same services based on the then current fee increased by the lesser of (i) the percentage increase for the twelve-month period of such previous calendar year of the CPI-W (defined below), or, in the event that publication of such Index is terminated, any successor or substitute index, appropriately adjusted, acceptable to both parties or (ii) 1%. Cost of Living Adjustment. Effective December 1, 2011, Compensation Plan salary rates shall be increased by one and one-half percent (1.5%) to be paid January 1, 2012. Effective December 1, 2012, Compensation Plan salary rates shall be increased by one and forty-five hundredths percent (1.45%) to be paid January 1, 2013.

Following each Term, unless the parties shall otherwise agree and provided that the service mix and volumes remain consistent as previously provided in the previous Term, the total fee for all services shall equal the fee that would be charged for the same services based on a fee rate (as reflected in a fee rate schedule) increased by the percentage increase for the twelve-month period of such previous calendar year of the Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers, for the Denver-Boulder-Greeley area, as published bimonthly by the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, or, in the event that publication of such Index is terminated, any successor or substitute index, appropriately adjusted, applicable to both parties.
Cost of Living Adjustment. Effective December 1, 2015, or either the first (1st) of the month following the date the bargaining unit ratifies the Agreement or upon receipt of an interest arbitration award, whichever is later, all pay rates will be increased by two and one quarter percent (2.25%). Effective December 1, 2016, or either the first (1st) of the month following the date the bargaining unit ratifies the Agreement or upon receipt of an arbitration award, whichever is later, all pay rates will be increased by two and three quarters percent (2.75%).
Cost of Living Adjustment. During the first three (3) years of the Initial Term, the fees hereunder shall not be changed absent a written agreement of the parties. Following the third anniversary of the date hereof, and during any Renewal Term hereof unless the parties shall otherwise agree pursuant to Section 12.1 hereof, provided that the service mix and volumes remain consistent with the service mix and volumes during the Initial Term, the total fee for all services shall equal the fee that would be charged for the same services based on a fee rate (as reflected in a Fee Schedule) increased by the percentage increase for the twelve-month period of such previous calendar year of the CPI-W (defined below) or, in the event that publication of such index is terminated, any successor or substitute index.
