Administration Allowance for Reporting. FII will pay: (a) 1% of Administration Allowance if the Recipient submits three reports according to the deadlines specified in Schedule 2 (Project Proposal, Budget and Reporting), or (b) 2% of Administration Allowance if the Recipient submits all four reports according to the deadlines specified in Schedule 2 (Project Proposal, Budget and Reporting). FII will not pay any Administration Allowance for Reporting if the Recipient submits fewer than three reports according to the deadlines specified in Schedule 2 (Project Proposal, Budget and Reporting).
